The Booking Process

CHECK DATE AVAILABILITY
Contact our Events Team to confirm your preferred date is available and the minimum guest requirement can be met.

COMPLETE THE BOOKING FORM
Once availability has been confirmed, complete and return the Event Booking Form.

SECURE YOUR DATE
Payment of the venue hire fee is required to secure and confirm your booking and reserve your date.

INITIAL PLANNING MEETING
A consultation meeting will be arranged to discuss your vision, event requirements, venue setup, catering options, timelines, and any special requests.

FINAL GUEST NUMBERS & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Final guest numbers, seating arrangements, and dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than one week prior to your event.

FINAL CONFIRMATION MEETING
A final meeting will take place one to two days before your event to review all details and ensure everything is perfectly in place.
